Thanks for all the great comments so far guys!

Did some washes and glazes over the bust to bring out the detail and tie everything together.  I'm just snapping quick pictures here, so I'm not sure if you can see or not the difference from the first one.  Airbrushed a base coat on the eyes, I plan on detailing them with oils.  They have a great translucency and of course blend really well.  I just don't want everything to look too "air brushy".
